Return Policy

RETURNS

 CUSTOM ORDER, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETUNS ON CUSTOM ITEMS. That includes custom colors, customization to product, changes made to designs, AND any item that is not deemed "standard" is not eligible for return. 

 

  •  You have 30 days from the day you receive your item(s) to send back the items for a credit in the form of a Alston Design Co E-Gift card. Please email us at alstondesignco@gmail.com and will be charged the shipping return fee.
  • All items being returned must be in original condition. ALL SALE/ CUSTOM ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If a clearance item is returned, we will return to the sender. 
  • HANDLING FEE IS COST OF SHIPPING LABEL! Covering the cost of the shipping label ONLY.
ALSTON DESIGN CO LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Defective Items:
  • If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
  • We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care/ handling/ or use.
